The process of nickel-plating itself can be destructive to the magnet if care is not taken, and while the magnet may look good visually after the application of plating,
rapid oxidation may be taking place under the coating, causing a reaction that may only be evident after a few months.
Highlights:
1. Counter sunk holes tolerance control:
(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.
(2). after plating, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.
2. Non-magnetism protective package:
(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized
(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order
(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box
(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box
(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection
(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
