Packaging
Packaging should be done very carefully. Parts must be wrapped in a special “clean room compatible” paper. Subsequently,
double bagging in a clean room semiconductor grade plastic bag is recommended.
The bags should be vacuum-sealed to prevent any condensates or oils from settling on the parts during shipping.

The Alnico Magnet contains the elements of Aluminum, Cobalt and Nickle Alloy and others, which can be made either by casting or sintering process.
As features of both hardness and high working temperature parameters, they are widely used in many different application with a wide range of magnetic properties. Meantime, an excellent corrosion resistance is also one of its features.
